The minute I can up to the 3rd floor from ER Roslyn went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. I was in respiratory distress and already nervous about spending the night. She was so kind and I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel instead of a hospital. Roslyn listened to all my concerns as I'm also a diabetic and was worried about taking my insulin. Right away she checked my sugar and realized I was high and said she would be right back with insulin. She was not gone longer than five minutes and gave me insulin which helped me breathe better. Roslyn also came in often to check on me, she went above and beyond. You are very fortunate to have a caring staff that shows empathy. Not all hospitals deliver this service.
