There was a family/staff member who was having some breathing problems. Roslyn Wallace saw the person needed help.

Roslyn stopped what she was doing to make sure that I was okay. I sat down to get myself together. After she asked me if I was okay, she proceeded to go back to the task at hand. When I was feeling well enough to move around, she came back during her break to check on me. This is awesome that she showed the commitment: "I will always keep you safe." I see Roslyn as a vital part of the Sentara Group also showing the commitment. I will always work as a team to provide excellent care, and I will always listen and respond to you.
