Ross cared for a gentleman who had COVID - Ross was his nurse until the day he died. This man was very withdrawn/depressed. Ross went the extra mile every day to provide both great care and human caring. He treated this patient as if he was his own family. My heart was touched by his compassion.

Ross helped me when I was so sick! He helped me get the correct medication I needed. He was keeping my worrying mother completely informed. He even called her to let her know how I was doing! Since COVID-19 she couldn't come inside to see me, and I was too sick to talk to her. He made me feel better with my mom! That meant so much to us! He is amazing! He even talked with me about football.

My husband J was a patient at your hospital for 5 days. The nursing staff was outstanding. A perfect example was J's discharge nurse, Ross. J needed pain medication often and Ross was at the ready to give the medication, but he stood back and gave us our moment as J sang (through his pain), "He touched me."
This great nurse had an air of caring surrounded by an aura of confidence. When he was caring for J it seemed it was less about the computer more about the healing touch. Ross made his discharge day less trying, more tolerable. He made a better memory for me. I understand he inquired about how J was doing at the care center. Keep up the good work, it counts. Thank you.
