Ross Santiago, RN

Our son has been in the NICU for 4 months now. Ross has taken such wonderful care of him every single shift. He's always kind and explains every change clearly and patiently. He answers all of our questions without ever seeming in a hurry, and he really cares for whatever our son needs.

On the hardest days, Ross is gentle with our baby, speaks softly to comfort us and makes sure we like real members of his care team. Above all he gives us real a real peace of mind, knowing our son is completely safe and getting the very best care possible here at Sunrise.

Ross' extraordinary kindness has truly bee a lifeline for our whole family, and my family really thanks him. Sunrise is very lucky to have a person like him.
