Rossana is an outstanding student. Throughout her Women's Health practicum, she maintained a positive attitude, remained eager to learn, was a team player, and was extremely in-tune with what her patients needed. In addition to providing care for her own patient each day, she happily served as a translator for many nurses on the unit each time someone needed assistance.

After an extremely busy day the first week of clinical, one of the staff nurses complimented Rossana's love of learning, professionalism, and care of patients. The nurse explained she thought Rossana has the "it" factor that cannot be taught. Furthermore, the nurse told the unit manager that she should hire Rossana when she graduates from nursing school. Rossana embodies the core values of the school of nursing and leaves a lasting impression on anyone she comes in contact with!
