I am the nurse of night shift. There was 1 case in the ward. Patient was not doing well and signed Living Will but the document was not quite complete and was not effective then. When patient was deteriorated, relatives were contacted to make decision about treatment plan that was somehow still not settled. Nurse contacted Ms. Rossukon. Ms. Rossukon gave a very meaningful advices and help coordinated relatives. She offered herself as a contact person if there was any problem (right then it was around 3 am). I really appreciated her willingness to work, and also her service mind.
