Rowena Cortez, RN

My mom had had a stroke and already had a number of comorbidities. Her granddaughter had just been born on Friday - too young to take into the hospital (it was Saturday). My mom was desperate to hold her. Rowena - despite being very busy - as you all are - found it in her heart to take my mom down in a wheelchair outside of the hospital where my mom was able to hold her grandbaby whose middle name is my mom's name.  Lots of tears and gratitude. Thank you, Rowena.
