My husband was admitted late March and was in critical condition. Rowena was the first nurse who sat me down and comforted me. She suggested that I get a journal to start writing down notes. She also provided me a list of all the medications that he was taking.
Fast forward 2+ weeks, my husband is still in critical care. Rowena is his nurse again. And again, she went above and beyond to make mine and my husband's care exceptional. Listening to me and making sure that we both understood his situation and where we were with his care.
