Rowena Nepomuceno, RN

Rowena recently responded to a Rapid Response request in the lab. The patient was lethargic and woozy after having blood drawn. Rowena personally ensured the patient was able to get home safely. She put the needs of the patient first and delivered outstanding care. ​

Rowena also recently cared for a patient who did not speak English and an interpreter was not available for the specific dialect. The patient received a diagnosis that concerned her. Rowena stayed with her as long as she could before the patient was transferred to another unit. Rowena tried her hardest to help the patient despite the language barrier. ​
