Rowena is very compassionate and caring. She goes above and beyond. She seems to know exactly what a patient needs without asking. 1. Located an IV pole that rolled away. 2. The only nurse who noticed that I did not have an allergy band. 3. Brought washcloths and bathing supplies without asking. 4. Wrapped my IV arm, so I could take a shower. 5. Promptly dumped my urinal. 6. Explained procedure in layman's terms, so I could understand. Just little things that mean a lot to a patient.
