My wife was admitted for abdominal/back pain. The attending nurse Rowena Sero, immediately applied her services to my spouse in assisting her move around and making the environment comfortable. Sero was extremely thorough in her explanation of procedures she was applying (i.e the medical instruments) and very expedient in carrying out the Physicians orders in effort to avoid lengthy delays.

Ms. Sero's remarkable and competent services were not the only factors in me offering this letter of recommendation, it was her manner and disposition. She communicated clearly and caringly with a real sense of joy. Her personality creates a sense of calm and dare I say happiness in an environment where one may usually feel the opposite. My wife and I were very fortunate to have her services.

I was in extreme pain and without insurance; however the people at this Kaiser location were wonderful. Never have I experienced such great service. Rowena took the time to talk with me about procedure and it was obvious she too great pride in her chosen profession by giving people her best care.
