Roxana was my day nurse on my day of admission. I was pending results on whether I was going to have emergency surgery and I was scared as well as in a lot of pain. My nurse Roxana was constantly checking on me making sure my pain was under control and to keep me updated in any decisions my doctors where making. Finally, that afternoon she was by my side when I received the news that I was going in for emergency surgery and she was also at my bed side when I returned from the recovery room. Her kindness, knowledge tenderness and professionalism will always stay in my mind. At time of discharge she was also present and I had the joy of having her do my discharge. She explained everything clearly and went over all the instructions in a caring and patient manner.
