Roxanne Alonso, RN

Roxanne was exceptional! She was always in a great mood and very cheery, no matter what was going on. There were times when my mom was having a really rough time, and she would come in and, in a subtle, personal, and comedic way, would find a way to turn the mood around and get my mom out of a difficult state of mind.

I'm so grateful that she had such patience and an incredible gift for treating patients like family or close friends. Her presence was so appreciated. She was very caring and thoughtful while making sure my mom was taking all her medication and staying on top of everything she needed.
