I was in for a procedure that I had put off because I was too scared. Before the procedure my physician was laughing and joking with me to keep me calm. After the procedure, his demeanor changed to totally serious, so I knew my results were not good. I could not really comprehend all he was saying and I nearly lost it. After he left, Roxanne came in, and she listened to what he was saying outside the curtain and wrote it all down. She explained it in a way I could easily understand.
