I often find myself navigating complex and high-pressure situations, and having Roxanne has been an incredible asset, both professionally and personally. Her leadership is evident not just in decision-making but also in her constant presence and availability. No matter the time and situation, she is always there to answer my questions, provide insight, and guide with clarity. She has a remarkable ability to remain calm and composed, which brings a sense of stability to the team.
