Please allow me to share with you my experience with Roxanne this week. I had the pleasure of spending the day with this fine lady. First off, I had to call to let her know I was going to be 25 minutes late. I was concerned that I might have to reschedule. She reassured me she could take care of me to take my time. What a tremendous relief. Once I arrived, she was warm and caring. Being a nurse myself, I tend to be overly critical of patient care. I am from the "old school" and believe it is important to provide top-notch care, regardless of the circumstances. Roxanne truly went above and beyond her call of duty. I did not have to return for an appointment, but please make sure you give this nursing angel a pat on the back each and every time you can. Thank you for having her there for me and many others that day.
