When it was time to leave the recovery room Roxanne recognized that M's pain level was going up so she kept her, gave pain meds, came to get mom from the waiting room, and talked through the pain. Her kindness and concern made a huge impact. As we were coming back downstairs, she made a point to compliment all the staff near us. She was very complimentary of her fellow nurses and that left the impression that we were in good hands. Very wonderful and pleasant lady. She was so great to let everyone know it was M's birthday the day before. So kind.
