Roxanne came into our room at just the right moment. I was left in the dark for over a day with being told I needed a chest tube. No one could answer my questions, and I just felt like no one cared what was happening. Roxanne came in and got everything going in the right direction for me. She got my pain under control. I found out I didn’t have the diagnosis I was given before by the nurses. I found that I have the diagnosis I was given before by the nurses. I found that I had other issues with my lungs, and the specialist came in with her and explained everything to my family. She is the first nurse who actually felt like a real nurse. Compassionate yet very honest about my health issues. Treats you like family. I don’t think I would be where I am today in the hospital without her assistance and dedication to her job. So professional.
