I reached out to Roxy to see if she could get me in to see the doctor sooner rather than later, due to extreme knee pain. She worked through her schedule and offered me an appointment. She could have just sent me to the front desk to schedule, but she went out of her way to get me in as soon as she could find a spot. So appreciate this.

Roxy's response and going the extra mile meant a lot to me. I need to be on my feet two to three days a week for the entire day, and the pain in my knee is increasing and keeping me awake at night. Being able to go directly to my doctor, rather than Same Day Care, was important to me to simplify the treatment process and be seen at my own clinic. As a result, I was able to talk with my doctor today and get an X-ray. The solution will come much faster, thanks to Roxy.
