Royce made a huge impact on my ability to return to school and complete my masters degree. Because I had practicum several days a week, Royce volunteered to switch my days to work, Thursday for Friday for months on end, then continued to pick up extra hours and work on her regularly scheduled days as well. All without complaint. All she ever said was that she wanted to see me graduate and to bring that diploma in to show her once I finished. She is an amazing person, so selfless and giving and I could have never had this achievement if not for her. I am so thankful to work with such an incredible woman and friend.
