Rosie is such an inspiring person. She cares for the entire person. Two days ago I had a patient that was very upset based on circumstances related to his condition. When she came into the room to help with a dressing change, she brought a smile with her and words of encouragement. In return, the patient smiled and thanked her for all her kindness. She made a difference and it was felt by everyone in the room.
