I suffer from PTSD, and Rrijen was the nurse who took the most care of my emotional needs. I was experiencing insomnia and she found the perfect words and held space for me to express all the emotions of birth. She was also extremely knowledgeable and proactive, suggesting techniques to facilitate the C-section care. She had a genuine smile which was like a lighthouse for me on that long night of insomnia.
