Ruben is one of the most kind and caring nurses I have had the privilege to meet. Every single encounter with him throughout the day while caring for my father proved to me that he was receiving the best care possible. Ruben answered every single one of my questions, even if they were repeated multiple times. Watching the compassion in the way he cared for him was reassuring.
