My husband has had multiple stays at BHM. Each time, he has had Ruben in his service. Ruben has remained the same!!! He is PHENOMENAL!!! His dedication to care is appreciated and should be respected and recognized. He is a true medical professional and was dedicated to my husband's care. Ruben made sure the room was clean; his bed was changed (he did it himself multiple times) and provided him with laughter and great chats. My husband often said that these were the things when he didn't think about being in the hospital. Ruben had an authority of trust with my husband, and he listened without hesitation.
