Ruby's smile is like a ray of sunshine. She just brightens your day. She handles her patients like they're her kids. The only way she could do her job better is on roller skates.

Miss Ruby has been a godsend! She is a professional nurse, kind, always smiling. She asks if I need something and is patient. She is in the right, perfect job. Might I say, her joy of helping others is easily seen in her actions. If I could, I would give her an award. She helps when you don't even know it. For example, my phone charger was plugged into the wall. She plugged it into a bed plug, which made it easier for me to use my phone. Just one of the many things she has done above and beyond the call of duty. God bless her and the Holy Cross Hospital health team
