Ruby Ann Estoperes, RN

Ruby Ann is a permanent OPD nurse caring for the diverse patients in the unit. However, due to staffing shortage, she was pulled out to the Emergency Room Department to lend a hand and this is where she got 2 nominations from a patient who commented with the same observation. Ruby has assisted their small daughter so well in the ER with a gentle and caring manner which has touched their heart. Apart from patient nomination, she also has received several nominees from his colleagues which shows that she is well-deserving.
