Nurse Ruby is a very caring person like an angel and she feels what the patient feels. As a mother to my son, what she has done is amazing. She feels it before I asked for help. She is energetic and smiles always, she is also nice and kind and amazing. When she walks into our room, we both feel happy. She is a human being before she is a nurse. She stood by me when I was sick with a kind caring and positive attitude. I wish that every nurse has the same characteristic as her and a personality with positive energy.
