I would like to nominate Nurse Ruby for a DAISY Award in recognition of the exceptional care she provided during my labor and delivery experience. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe during such a vulnerable and important time. Her calm presence and kindness helped ease my fears, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and confidence.

What truly stood out was her dedication. She stayed past the end of her shift to continue supporting me as I was about to deliver my daughter. That level of compassion and commitment is something I will never forget.

Ruby made one of the most important days of my life even more meaningful, and I am so grateful for her care. She frequently checked in on me and answered all my questions about the process without and judgement. She is truly an angel on earth.
