I have been coming here for 25 years and have always had wonderful nurses but Ruby is Outstanding. Always a smile, always positive, always there when you ring the bell. Carries herself in such a professional way but so down to earth. I thought I was going to die and Ruby was so positive, encouraging me every step of my recovery. She helped me shower, she explained everything in words I could understand. Even through all the stress that could be going on the floor she never came in the room and showed it. Always a smile, kind words. When I started doing PT she encouraged me said "I'm proud of you, look I told you that you would do it." Every morning, "how was your rest, were you able to get up and go to the bathroom?" All I can say Ruby is an AMAZING NURSE IN EVERY WAY, I FEEL TRULY BLESSED having her to take care of me and think she deserves to receive an award for the best Nurse ever. If I didn't have Ruby to push me to make progress I would be going to TCU today. Ruby is the reason and I really love her. To the most wonderful nurse ever. Caring, kind, sweet and so positive and got me through my recovery.
