Ruby is primarily a charge nurse on night shift; she is a wealth of knowledge for the staff. Ruby remains calm and uplifting at all times. If there is downtime at all, she takes the time to run through scenarios and mock drills with the staff. A lot of times the newer nurses are on night shift and need that constant compassion and excellence that Ruby provides to her team.
