My mom (84, with Alzheimer's and Heart Failure) has been a frequent flyer lately with a couple of stays in the last month. The care shown to her consistently by Ruby each time is nothing short of magical. Ruby treats mom as if she is her own family and shows such genuine care, not only to her but to me. Ruby's love of her patients is evident in all the hard work and enthusiasm for what is one of the most difficult jobs I can think of. Ruby makes sure to explain to my mom, so patiently, what she is doing so she is not afraid. Ruby does everything she can to simply make the hospital stay - and what is a stressful experience for all - the most positive it can be. Mom thinks this is such a great place and thanks Ruby for the wonderful care. Ruby is a gem, just like her name!
