Ruby Morales, RN was nominated by a patient who is also a law enforcement officer for her excellent communication skills and caring demeanor. Ruby works in Ambulatory Care, Clinic 1 providing comprehensive nursing care services as well as being the Lead RN in her unit.
The nomination reads:
“On Sept. 2nd, I called the WIHCC hoping to talk with Dr. Schramm regarding a potentially harmful and contagious stomach bacterium that I had recently heard of. My call was transferred to the Clinic where Nurse Ruby Morales answered the phone. I explained the nature of my call and concerns. Nurse Morales was very helpful and pleasant.”
