My family and I have nothing but great things to say about Ruby. She not only went above and beyond for our newborn but she made our family and friends feel so comfortable. Ruby always ensured our newborn's needs were met by asking if we needed anything, asking if we had any questions or concerns and by being on top of every single task. My family and I trusted Ruby's judgment any time she made suggestions or thoroughly went over our son's next procedure.
