We visited the emergency department during COVID-19. We all know that fear and panic are high in the whole world during this time.
I came to the flu clinic in the emergency department and I was worried about being COVID-19 positive. Upon entering the clinic, Ruby was careful in dealing with me, she provided me the professional care and tried to decrease the fear I had.
She knows what she has to do with the patient and she knows what the patient needs but regardless of that she was compassionate the whole time. Ruby really is an Extraordinary Nurse, I thank her so much and I wish her all the success.
