Ruby had many wonderful things said about her by patients. Some of the comments from patients include, "Ruby went above and beyond her assigned duties. She was courteous and showed genuine concern for my wife's health, both physically and emotionally. She took the time to explain everything to my wife and ensured we knew exactly what was being done. Her attitude and bedside manner were excellent, along with her knowledge and skill as a nurse. She would be an example for anyone in the healthcare profession." Another patient commented, "I never had to use the call light."
