COL VILLANUEVA NC's exceptional leadership and dedication have led to transformative initiatives, greatly impacting nursing care within the organization. Her collaboration with the University of the Philippines-Manila and the international not-for-profit organization WoundPedia has not only facilitated training but also started fostering cutting-edge research in the field of nursing. Likewise, her unwavering collaboration to the Philippine Red Cross and National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) pursued the enhancement of knowledge and skills development of military and Civilian Human Resource (CHR) PAF in the provision of first aid and life-saving skills and mental health activities. Furthermore, Colonel Villanueva's visionary leadership has promoted seamless interoperability of the Philippine Air Force nursing service with other military units during various operations, including aeromedical evacuations, command activities, and humanitarian assistance and disaster. Amidst the global pandemic, Colonel Villanueva's " Meet and Greet with CN" initiative demonstrated her deep concern for the well-being of her team. Through innovative solutions like video teleconferencing, she provided unwavering support to nursing personnel affected by COVID-19.
