I brought my daughter in with severe right lower quadrant pain. Rudy was very quick to assess her and put into actions the PA's orders for care. It was obvious that Rudy was concerned about her and compassionate to her needs. He followed up frequently to reevaluate her pain. He was also great explaining all that was being done. Then when she was taken to CT he was just as quick to ask if there was anything he could get me. Each time he checked on her, he would ask how I was too. He related to her nicely and was quite personable, which helped put us both at ease. When her pain started to return he was swift to advocate for her and get another order for pain medicine. Then when she was being discharged he was quite thorough with the discharge instructions. He primarily addressed her and ensured her understanding. What a treasure you have in Rudy, he is one of the absolute best in the profession.
