I was admitted at about midnight. It was 5 am when I went into a frenzy of chills and shivering. Ruel was there all the way. He gave me very comforting care and did not panic while I was panicking. Honestly, I felt a son helping me out in my chilly agony. I cannot explain the feeling I had but Ruel made it easy for me to calm down and feel like a son was taking care of his mom. All staff were attentive to my needs and made me feel very at home. To Ruel, keep up your good aura in front of your patients. God bless you more.
