Ruie Melinsky, RN

Ruie had two nominations. Below is a summary. Ruie is such an amazing nurse and co-worker. She will help anyone and everyone. She maintains her leadership and great attitude even when she's struggling. She generally cares for her patients and those around her. From the minute we entered the ED, we knew we were in the right place. Ruie cared for the patient as if he were a member of Ruie's personal family. She clearly recognized the immediacy of the situation, coordinated the efforts of others, and emotionally connected with the patient and his loved ones.
