I would like to commend the “soothing and relaxing” countenance and attention accorded by Nurse Rui. I am scheduled for a cataract operation, and honestly was feeling nervous; but Nurse Rui’s friendly, sweet, and wholesome demeanor when she took my initial vital signs gave me an assuring feeling that everything will be okay. Although she was wearing a mask, I can sense her genuinely emphatic smile and caring character. Kudos and thank you St. Luke’s for hiring very good and efficient staff, and for training them remarkably well!
