Today I was not your patient but I got very good service from your nurse. She did a very good job in her role and caring for my needs.
I am the administrator of the hospital and while I was walking on Sukhumvit Rd. I fell down and hurt my knees. Some laceration wounds on my knees and some blood. I thought about finding a dressing set somewhere around because it wasn't a serious wound, not long after finding a dressing set I could buy only normal saline and betadine solution, but not cotton balls (actually they only sold a big bag so I decide not to buy it). While walking past the emergency room of Bumrungrad Hospital I thought about asking for some cotton balls from someone there so I could clean it myself. I met Miss Rungtip and asked for the cotton balls. As soon as she knew that I got in an accident and had a wound, she volunteered to do a dressing for me without me asking and with a friendly attitude. She didn't act like it was any added work. She was extremely kind and helpful, thank you.
