I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Rungtiwa. She is a person of exceptional kindness and thoughtfulness, always attentive to the well-being of others. Every morning, she thoughtfully shares bananas with her colleagues, concerned that they might go hungry. Whenever someone is unwell—whether with a headache, stomachache, or other discomfort—she never hesitates to provide medicine and comfort.

What impressed me most was her remarkable composure and dedication during the recent earthquake. Although she normally works in the ophthalmology department, she immediately stepped in to care for my younger brother in the Emergency Room. With calmness and professional knowledge, she monitored his condition, offered encouragement, and even comforted me when I was overwhelmed with worry. She stayed by our side until late into the evening, well beyond her working hours, ensuring that we felt supported until my brother was transferred to the ICU. Her selflessness and compassion left a lasting impression on me and my family.
