Rupal Shah, RN

After my stay at the hospital, when I was discharged, my car was parked in a handicap space near the emergency room which was a far distance from the inpatient wing of the hospital. I didn't know how to get back to the emergency department so I asked for directions. When I exited the elevator near the emergency dept I saw Rupal Shah walking towards me and asked her for further directions. She saw I was stressed and tired and told me to be seated in a chair and she went and got a wheelchair for me and wheeled me all the way to my car. Rupal went above and beyond in actions and service.
