Rupali was nominated by a Nurse for her positive impact she has on the staff and her patients. Rupali is a special nurse and a special person. She is a stunning example of what the nursing professional values, and I am honored to call her my coworker. Rupali approaches her work with a positive attitude and does so much more than just care for patients.
Rupali is a phenomenal nurse, preceptor, communicator, teacher, role model, and friend. She does not just demonstrate compassion for the patient and their families, but her colleagues as well. Any time a nurse needs assistance with or difficult situation Rupali is there with a willingness to help.
