Russ Schroeder, RN BSN MS

Russ believes in connecting with our patients and with our staff. He is here early, and late, on weekends and holidays, even if he is “off”, he takes calls and responds to texts. Russ supports the team and the mission by taking a patient assignment or working as the nursing supervisor when needed. He stays late to serve pretzels to the staff and is here to serve breakfast to our nurses early the next morning. Russ attends the Heart Walk every year, stood side by side with our team during Hurricane Ian last year, and generally is present. Russ truly cares about our staff and takes time to get to know them on a personal level. Russ consistently, tirelessly does the right thing for patient care and staff. Russ has a HEART and CARES!
