This patient was actually seen and cared for twice by this same nurse. The patient was so impressed with Russ's care each time she wrote about how kind, informative, skilled, and caring he was. His bedside manner was raved about, and this patient said he went above what other nurses had done. She was so appreciative of his attention and his warmth when he was at her bedside.
