Russiele is a very dedicated and hard-working nurse. She always has a positive attitude and takes care of patients to the highest standards. She listens compassionately and helps me to advocate for my needs. I was really stressed when I arrived to the unit. She cared for me like she had known me for a long time. Every single time she asked about my feelings and made me feel comfortable. She is such a professional staff member and made me feel safe.
