I am a male of 79 years of age. I expect a high degree of care from the RN working toward my recovery. What I received from this RN was all of that to the highest degree. What I received was excellent in that respect. I was so pleased, but I was treated not just as a patient but so much more. I wasn't just an old man, I was a patient like no other. I was treated with warmth as a special person unlike any other, with interest in me as a person, who I was, what I cared about - he comforted me with consoling and human warmth. He quieted my fears, made me laugh. My faith in him and his judgment was complete. If his care of his other patients was as complete as mine and I do completely believe they were - he must go home exhausted. This RN is a gem. Do what you can to praise and reward him. I am a thankful person for this RN.
