Ruth is very respectful and caring to all she has a gift with working with elderly patients particularly those with dementia. Ruth has excellent clinical skills and is well informed on all of her patients and what is required to improve their outcome. Ruth consistently goes above and beyond by knowing what each patient unique needs are and strives to ensure those needs are met daily. This is always done in a caring and empathic manner, with many patients and families comments it is not surprising she is a nurse because she is naturally caring.
