"Ruth is very attentive and intuitive. I am here for a concussion caused by a fall. Ruth recognized my frustration with the lack of communication from other departments. She came in and talked to me. Even though she had many patients, she took 20-30 minutes to talk with me about how I was treating others and talking back to her when she was trying to help me.
Ruth listened, understood my frustration, and redirected my negative energy. When she heard my issues with the lack of communication and waiting, she talked me down.
Ruth went above and beyond taking care of the medical side; she got to know my personal needs and listened with undivided attention. Ruth was a dear, and you are lucky to have her on your team.
